2019 Forest River Rockwood recalls

Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Rockwood and Flagstaff recreational trailers. The wiring for the front bedroom air conditioning may have been improperly installed and may come in contact with the heat strip in the air conditioner.

Why it matters: If the wiring harness contacts the heat strip, the sheathing may melt, increasing the risk of fire.

Why it matters: If the exterior bunk bed door opens unexpectedly while the trailer is being towed, it can increase the risk of a crash.

Why it matters: The trailer's inability to apply the brakes in the event of a separation can increase the risk of crash.
