Defect and consequence
Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Why it matters: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 26-478. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning March 13, 2026.

Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Carbon, Fuzion, and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The rear gate pins and/or leg support bracket may be missing, allowing the gate to shift during operation.
Why it matters: A rear gate that shifts or patio stairs that becomes unstable increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install the gate pins and/or leg support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-470.

Defect and consequence
Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Fuzion and Raptor toy hauler recreational trailers. The generator's fuel and vapor hoses may have been reversed during installation.
Why it matters: Incorrectly connected hoses can feed fuel into the incorrect side of the carburetor, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy

Defect and consequence
Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Voltage 4135, 4225, Fuzion, 2025 Springdale 266DECK, Retreat 391FSRL, 39FSRL, Residence 401FLFT, 401FSRL, 40FLFT, 40FSRL, Hideout 26PATIO, and 2024 Raptor travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
Why it matters: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install a new bracket and hardware, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 7, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-468.
