Defect and consequence
Defect: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The driver and passenger seat bases may have not been tightened properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, âSeating Systems.â.
Why it matters: A loose base may allow the seat to move during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy

Defect: Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Lineage recreational vehicles. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, allowing the solar panel to detach.
Why it matters: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
