2024 Jayco Terrain recalls

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Coach Launch, 2022 Launch LE, 2021-2025 Jayco Terrain, and 2022 Terrain LE recreational vehicles. The grey water tank support brackets may contact and damage the fuel tank, causing a leak.

Why it matters: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Dealers will replace the support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903619.

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Jayco Terrain, and Entegra Launch motorhomes. The main wiring harness may chafe against the drive shaft and short circuit, which can result in a loss of drive power, power steering, and brake system control.

Why it matters: A short circuit increases the risk of a fire. In addition, a loss of drive power, power steering, and brake system control increases the risk of a crash.

Mercedes dealers will inspect the routing of the main wiring harness and correct it, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

Defect: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.

Why it matters: Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.
