2024 Coachmen Adrenaline recalls

Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Why it matters: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.

Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024 Coachmen Adrenaline, Apex, Freedom Express, Remote, Spirit, and Forest River Work and Play travel trailers. The electrical plug blade openings (narrow hot blade and wider neutral blade) may be reversed on one of the two receptacle outlet faces, which can cause outlet failure.

Why it matters: Electrical outlet failure can increase the risk of a fire.

Dealers will replace the incorrect receptacles, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 27, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-4995. Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2024 Coachmen Adrenaline and 2020-2024 Work and Play fifth wheels and travel trailers. The side marker lights may not reflect light as intended, which can make it difficult for other drivers to see the trailer. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.".

Why it matters: Non-reflective side marker lights can reduce the trailer's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
