Defect and consequence
Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
Why it matters: A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 18, 2026. Defect and consequence
Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Riverstone fifth wheel trailers. The steel hydraulic brake lines may fail and leak brake fluid.
Why it matters: A brake fluid leak can cause a loss of brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the brake lines, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 260-593-2425. Forest River's number for this recall is 70-1957.

Defect and consequence
Defect: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Riverstone Fifth Wheel trailers. The solar panels may have been incorrectly connected in parallel and instead of in series, causing the wiring to overheat and melt.
Why it matters: Melted wires increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the wiring and replace the cable entry plate and solar controller as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 5, 2024. Owners may call Forest River Customer Service at (260) 593-2425. Forest River's number for this recall is 70-1853.
