2023 Atc PL700 recalls

Defect: Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 PL700 and 2024-2026 PL750 recreational trailers. The generator exhaust is vented directly under the slide out bedroom, allowing carbon monoxide to enter the cabin.

Why it matters: Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increase the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning.

Dealers will reroute the exhaust and install an additional carbon monoxide detector, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 24, 2026. Owners may call ATC customer service at 1-877-441-2440.

Defect: Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2023 PL500, 2023-2024 PL700, 2023-2025 RM500, RM900, ST450, 2024-2025 PL550, PL750, 2024 PR300, 2025 RM450, RM550, and RM800. A software error may cause the radio and speakers to overheat.

Why it matters: Overheated radio and speakers increase the risk of a fire.

ATC will work with Maxxsonics to mail instructions and a USB with a software update. All speakers will be inspected and replaced as necessary. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Defect: Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 PL700 trailers. The wire connections in the transfer switch may be tightened improperly and loosen.

Why it matters: Loose wire connections can overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
