Defect: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2023 View and Navion recreational vehicles. The rear roof cap aerofence trim may become loose and detach during transit.

Why it matters: A detached roof cap can become a road hazard for other vehicles and increase the risk of a crash.

Defect: Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Winnebago View and Navion recreational vehicles equipped with certain Lippert Metallarte door assemblies. The door assembly may have been manufactured with incorrect window adhesion, causing the window to loosen or detached.

Why it matters: A window that detaches during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Dealers will install clips to secure the window to the door as necessary, free of charge. An interim owner letter was mailed December 20, 2024. Why it matters: Damaged wires can prevent air bags from deploying in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
