Defect and consequence
Defect: Oliver Travel Trailers, INC. (OTT) is recalling certain 2016-2024 Elite I and Elite II travel trailers equipped with a Truma Aqua Go Water Heater with Burner Assembly, part number 77000-90400. The water heater burner bracket assembly may become loose, causing wiring damage and the flame to be misdirected.
Why it matters: A misdirected flame increases the risk of fire or burn injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the water heater burner assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed mailed December 3, 2024. Owners may contact OTT customer service at 1-888-526-3978.

Defect and consequence
Defect: Oliver Travel Trailers, INC. (OTT) is recalling certain 2009-2024 Elite II trailers. The towing coupler may be under rated for the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the trailer.
Why it matters: An underrated towing coupler can break, allowing the trailer to detach from the tow vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the towing coupler, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 13, 2024. Owners may contact OTT customer service at 1-888-526-3978.

Defect and consequence
Defect: Oliver Travel Trailers, Inc. (Oliver) is recalling certain 2022 Legacy Elite II travel trailers. The 42mm cartridge bearing washer within the hub assembly may crack, causing the hub to separate from the axle wheel end.
Why it matters: Hub separation from the wheel end may cause loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the 42mm cartridge bearing washer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed in July 29, 2022. Owners may contact Oliver customer service at 1-866-205-2621.
