2021 Bentley Bentayga recalls

Defect: Bentley Motors, Inc. (Bentley) is recalling certain 2017-2023 Bentayga vehicles. The fuel supply module wiring can overheat and melt the flange, resulting in a fuel leak.

Why it matters: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility.".

Why it matters: A rearview camera screen that displays a blank image reduces the driver's view of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Why it matters: The incorrect information may change how occupants position themselves in relation to the air bags, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
