Navistar is recalling certain model year 2008 through 2012 ic be, ce, and fe school buses manufactured from november 1, 2006, through may 2, 2011. the reflective tape for the rear exit door may not have been totally completed. accordingly, the buses fail to conform to the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 217, "bus emergency exits and window retention and release.".
